Had a wonderful experience with Rooftop Solutions DFW after recent hail damage. My sales rep Charles made the whole experience simple and easy. Work was done quickly and correctly, and they cleaned up afterwards. Charles and the office team communicate with the insurance company to make sure they pay for everything they're supposed to. Can't recommend enough!

Rooftop Solutions DFW's salesman, Jonah Laurich, is amazing in his professionalism, follow-ups, knowledge, expertise, and customer concern and care. I had hail damage and Jonah inspected the roof, took photos, and educated me on roof integrity. I felt heard and cared for by Jonah. Dustin Reiling and his office staff were incredibly responsive to my requests, immediately sending me their liability insurance coverage document and, within the next day, a reasonable quote. Their roofers did an exceptional job. The roof looks pristine. After the work was completed, I had a concern about ensuring the roof around the chimney was fixed to stop leaking. Jonah offered to inspect that repair and, in addition, while on the new roof, took additional photos of the completed roof. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Rooftop Solutions DFW has a mindset, from their leadership and through their entire staff, to focus on the needs and concerns of their valued customers. I'm grateful for their values and their desire to best serve the DFW area. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. That speaks to a very high standard they've set for themselves to best serve all those who have experienced their superior work.
