Rooftop Solutions DFW went above and beyond to help our family get the new roof we deserved. From start to finish, Evan fiercely advocated for us in the battle with our very stubborn insurance company. He went to extreme measures, including meeting adjusters on site multiple times, using microscopic technology, and submitting hundreds of photos to provide proof for our claim. It would have been easy for a roofing company to throw their hands up and move on to the next customer, but I’m so grateful they did not. In fact, when we were ready to give up, Evan and the team urged us to keep pushing because, with their knowledge and expertise, they were confident we had the right to replacement. Over a year after filing our claim with the incredibly difficult insurance company (ask Evan which one!), our full replacement was finally approved, and we owe it to the team at Rooftop Solutions DFW for taking our case personally and investing countless hours to prove the damage to our roof was legitimate. Roof top solutions did such a fantastic job on my roof All the help I got from this company was great. I needed someone who cared and being that I wasn’t at home when this storm came thru, a neighbor of mine recommended them to me. So I called them and took a chance, as I didn’t know anybody, and with all the roofer who wants to do your house roofing , I was at the point who do I trust.
