Long story short, I'd started re-roofing my house, DIY style several months ago. However, I underestimated how long it would take for one man to demo shingles and underlayment, then install new shingles on weekends. I'd been at it for quite a few weeks before my ego would acknowledge that I'd need to have my roof completed by professionals. Over a month or so, I'd seen 4 different homes on my street alone done by Rooftop Solutions DFW. So, I called Mr. Reiling. Mr. Reiling came out, walked the job and, compared to several other roofer's bids, gave me a very reasonable bid to pick up where I left off and complete the job. Mr. Reiling's crew showed up at 6 AM on the first day, worked until 9 PM, then showed up the second day and, after another 12 hours, finished my roof, including hauling off and disposing of all the old roofing materials. Highly recommended!

We were under a very tight timeline as we needed our roof fully replaced and all other repairs done within a 7-day period in order to close on our house. The lender would not close if the repairs were not finished, which put selling the house at risk. Rooftop Solutions DFW not only escalated, finalized quotes, and worked with insurance sign-offs, but they also completed the entire statement of work within the 7 days. It took unbelievable efforts from the team, and the entire time they were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and always had an uplifted and optimistic attitude. They also handled almost all the work with the insurance company, allowing for a seamless process to get reimbursed in a timely manner. The finished roof looked gorgeous and top-notch.

This is a company that cares about its customers. We were part of the Tornado that ripped thru our area. It removed a good portion of our shingles and tar paper. We were out of town and it was a 3 day weekend with a holiday on Monday. The tornado hit Saturday night and our next door neighbor let us know we had some damage. I first thing called a number of roof companies to get someone to temporary cover the roof. Rooftop Solutions was the only company that responded on a Sunday morning. With pending storms coming in the next few days we needed to protect our home. RS came out and tarped up our roof so no water damage would occur. Dustin from RS was very vigilant at making sure it was done and text us pictures as proof. When we got back from our trip he came over and explained the whole process to us. He was there when the insurance adjuster came and was very quick to get all the repairs done on the house. He communicated with us thru the whole process as to who was coming to fix what. We replaced our entire roof (most was gone), our gutter system (flying objects put big dents in it) and a window. They were all top notch craftsman. Dustin is the best and he will be the first person I call if I need any thing done. II would highly recommend him for home needs.

After a hail storm we needed someone to come inspect and repair any damage. Our whole roof and gutters needed replacing. Dustin worked with our insurance company to get our claim approved and even fought for other damages that needed to be covered by insurance under that same claim. Rooftop solutions did a great job with our home repairs. The hailstorm in May damaged our roof, windows, and fence. Dustin helped us file a claim and walked us through the entire claims process, making sure everything was clear and transparent. They did a great job repairing the damages and were very professional.
Incredibly happy with our decision to go with Rooftop Solutions DFW. Charles (CAS) has been the single best contractor/project manager I have ever worked with. The morning after the storm he spent 2 hours tarping up our roof and checking everything over for us. In the last 3 months since the storm, he has not let a single call from me go to voicemail. He always responds to texts within 5 minutes. He has handled everything with the insurance for us, and his office is very good at communicating and keeping us up to date. When we needed the roof done quickly, he somehow got the shingles and labor all lined up in less than two weeks, during peak season. My only wish is that he did more than roofing. I'd hire him to do anything and everything at the house.

We had our roof replaced with Rooftop Solutions DFW in August 2024. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend. Specifically, we worked with Evan Cardosa, who took the time to come inspect our roof a couple times in the past couple years. After a recent hailstorm, he found significant damage. We submitted an insurance claim, and the first on-sight adjuster arrived when only I was there (due to scheduling). After about 5 minutes on the roof, he said we had a fine roof. When I spoke with Evan, he decided to come out and mark all the damage with chalk, take photographs, and request a re-inspection from a different adjuster. This time Evan met the adjuster and walked him through everything. the adjuster agreed with the assessment and the claim was approved. Evan met with us several times in preparation for the roof install, helping us select new shingles and gutters. On the install day, the team arrived and worked tirelessly. They returned the next day to finalize the job and clean. The gutters were installed the next week, and everything was cleaned immaculately. I cannot say enough about the excellent experience with Rooftop Solutions DFW. I would not hesitate to call them in the future to assess damage after future storms. I would highly recommend!

Dustin and Rooftop Solutions DFW replaced our roof after a recent hailstorm. They made a difficult process quick, easy, and seamless. He even worked with us on a compressed timeline due to our house being sold. Most importantly, the quality of work done on the house was second to none. I am writing to say thanks to everyone at rooftopsolutions fw for everything they did for me on the repairs to my house as a result of a very damaging hail storm. I am also writing this as a recommendation for anyone who needs to contact a reliable and capable contractor for these services. We needed a new roof, gutters and downspouts, window screens, garage doors, replacement of damaged HVAC equipment, repairs to window glass and patio doors. The basis of my recommendation are that throughout this challenging process they always were available, always had a responsible answer, always were able to account for the costs, always were able to explain the process of working with the insurance company and that as well they did excellent quality work, they helped me maximize the benefit of my insurance coverage for the costs, and as well understood my level of concern and worry over everything involved. I would like to name Evan Cardosa, Jordan Fowler, and Dustin Reiling who worked closely with me on the entire process. Evan was extraordinarily patient in response to all of my concerns and put a great deal of time into the process before anything got started, Jordan was always on top of all of the details and provided great oversight and accuracy for the work and the behind the scenes process, as did Dustin as well who responded quickly to all my concerns over completion of tasks and quality concerns.
