He went to extreme measures, including meeting adjusters on site multiple times, using microscopic technology, and submitting hundreds of photos to provide proof for our claim. It would have been easy for a roofing company to throw their hands up and move on to the next customer, but I’m so grateful they did not. In fact, when we were ready to give up, Evan and the team urged us to keep pushing because, with their knowledge and expertise, they were confident we had the right to replacement.
