I would never have thought that I’d find myself saying “My insurance claim process was delightful!” but here we are. From the moment our roof started leaking in the fall of 2025 through the insurance assessment, the repairs, and the additional work we were able to advocate for (from an insurance company that didn’t even cover us any more), the staff at Rooftop Solutions was amazing. Charles took us in hand from the jump (he cane to our house the day the leak began and prevented further damage while we pursued a claim) and guided us through the process, Izik handled the project management perfectly, even through some scheduling hiccups that WE created, and everyone who worked on our home, from the roofers to the painters to the gutter installation specialists to the fence stainers showed an incredibly high level of professionalism and held themselves to a high standard. Carlos even spontaneously ordered a second power washing of our fence because he felt the initial job was not sufficient to get the best result. We could not be more pleased.
