Dustin
Owner
In the roofing industry since 2000, Dustin brings experience, integrity, and leadership to every project. He resides in Sanger with his large, close-knit family and enjoys caring for his farm animals. His philosophy is simple: do the job correctly, communicate clearly, and stand behind the work.
Jordan
Supplement Manager
Jordan oversees estimate preparation and manages communications with insurance carriers. Known internally as our “computer expert,” he ensures every scope is detailed and accurate. A lifelong Denton resident, Jordan enjoys playing hockey and is an avid Dallas Stars fan.
Izik
Production Manager
Izik coordinates scheduling, material procurement, and trade management. Prior to joining the company, he served in the United States Navy. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and playing cards.
Krystal
Office Manager
Krystal manages permits, city inspections, and company financial operations. Her attention to detail keeps projects moving smoothly behind the scenes. She is active in her church community and values organization and service.
Evan
Sales Manager
Evan has been in the roofing industry since 2016, working alongside Dustin from the start. He’s passionate about helping homeowners make confident decisions and takes pride in serving others both on and off the job. Evan is active in his church and is also a devoted husband and proud father.
Charles
Sales Manager
Charles began his roofing career in 2015 with Dustin and has built lasting relationships through trust and transparency. Known to friends and family as Cas, he’s a proud husband and father who enjoys reading about history and bringing thoughtful guidance to every homeowner he works with.
Brody
Field Team Manager
Brody joined Rooftop Solutions DFW in 2024 and quickly became a vital part of the team. Along with helping homeowners, he supports and mentors newer team members. He enjoys working with his hands, tackling projects, and spending time with family, as well as motorcycles, boats, trucks, and the outdoors.
