DFW Roofing Sales Representative
Build a Career, Not Just a Commission Check
No roofing experience required. We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to learn, grow, and earn. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll generate opportunities through networking, referrals, door knocking, and company-provided leads while helping homeowners through the roofing process. We provide hands-on training, ride-alongs, role-play sessions, sales coaching, CRM and software training, and ongoing support from managers and office staff. Most companies throw you into the field—we invest in your success.
Paid Training & Growth Opportunity
Weeks 1-2 include paid training at $10/hour (5 days per week, 5 hours per day), plus $25 for every appointment set and $250 for appointments that become signed contracts. During weeks 2-4, you’ll continue training while earning commissions alongside your manager and gaining real-world experience running leads, prospecting, and building your network. After training, you’ll have the opportunity to sell independently with continued team support. You’ll have the opportunity to earn six figures, with income directly tied to effort and performance.
